Dr Martha Amos PhD.

Clinical Therapies Director

Dr. Amos received her Ph.D. in 2017 in Forensic Psychology.  Dr. Amos began work in the field in 2008 working with Criminal Justice involved as a correctional officer at Community corrections in Grand Junction Colorado. Dr. Amos decided to open up her own private practice as she felt there was a greater need to help the community and the individuals moving through the criminal justice system in the form of outpatient therapy.  In 2014 Dr. Amos wanted to bridge the gap with those who were incarcerated and outpatient services and began working a Mesa County Detention Facility as a Mental Health Supervisor and work with individuals who were incarcerated one on one to receive comprehensive individual therapy so once these individuals were released they would have the tools necessary to receive appropriate outpatient therapy tailored to their individual needs. Today Dr. Amos Sill runs her private practice while ensuring  Amos Supportive Housing Association has the means to provide adequate therapeutic skills within the facilities.
